IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License
Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and The
iScreenCapture Software for the iScreenCapture later
referred to as 'SOFTWARE'. By installing, copying, or
otherwise using the SOFTWARE you agree to be bound by
the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms
of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

WE REQUIRE ALL OUR DEALERS TO PROVIDE EACH PURCHASER
WITH FREE DEMO OF THE SOFTWARE TO GET A FULL
UNDERSTANDING OF THE CAPABILITIES AND THE EASE OF USE
OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR DEALERS HAD TO RECOMMEND YOU TO
DOWNLOAD DEMO. WE WON'T ISSUE ANY REFUNDS AFTER
PURCHASING FULL VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE.

ISCREENCAPTURE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS
SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER
KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

All copyrights to iScreenCapture are exclusively
owned by the author of this software. Anyone may use
this software for evaluation purpose. Evaluation version
only allows you to use as testing, if you wish to remove
the limitation, you MUST register. Once registered, the
user is granted a non-exclusive license to use iScreenCapture
on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time,
for any legal purpose. The registered iScreenCapture
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, if the person received it and agreed to the
terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
The iScreenCapture unregistered shareware version may
be freely distributed provided the whole or any part of
the distribution package is not modified or damaged. No
person or company can charge a fee for the distribution
of iScreenCapture without the permission from the
copyright holder.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this license and may result in
criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly
granted here is reserved by the author of this software.
Installing and using iScreenCapture signifies acceptance
of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not
agree with the terms of this license you must remove
iScreenCapture files from your storage devices and cease to
use the product.
